Why Titwala Is Considered As Rising Residential Hub

 

Titwala is emerging as the next destination for investment because of its relatively affordable prices, good returns on investment, and robust infrastructural growth.

I have visited the place many times for its famous temple but to say that it is an affordable housing destination seemed to be a far-fetched assumption. As this is one area which has just started to shape up as a residential zone and due to the lower ticket size, topography and planned developments, it promises to give sizeable returns. 

A property in Titwala destination with an affordable ticket size is emerging as an investment destination. There is a small town located on the banks of a seasonal river. It’s famous for the Siddhivinayak Mahaganpati Temple. 

Titwala is the third railway station on the central railway and the time needed to travel via train from Kalyan is approximately 15 minutes. Titwala is around 15 kms from Kalyan. Mumbai is the nearest international and domestic airport to Titwala. 

It is bordered by the Ulhas River and the Kalu River. Titwala is located in the Thane district of Mumbai, Maharashtra, and is close to localities of Ambivli, Galegaon, Manivali and Anakhar. Hundreds of tourists stream into and out of the Siddhivinayak Mahaganapati Temple every day. There are several temples in the locality which are worthy of mention. 

There is a connection with Titwala localities. 

A number of hotels, schools, banks and hospitals can be found in the locality due to the excellent network of railways and roads. 

The locality is connected to prominent localities of Maharashtra via a highway. 

Maharashtra State Road Transport Corporation (MSRTC) and Brihan Mumbai Electric Supply and Transport (BEST) network of buses operate here. 

The nearest airport is located at a distance of 60.2 kilometres. 

The Central railway station is located in the middle of the country. 

Titwala has employment hubs. 

The locality is witnessing an increase in the population due to its close proximity to various commercial complexes. 

The BKC is situated at a distance of 66.7 kilometres. The locality lies close to Kalyan which is an upcoming big business hub of Mumbai, thus bringing in immense opportunities for jobs for residents of Titwala. 

Titwala has schools and other social amenities.
